A Luxury, Self-Catering Cape Town Guest House & Apartment in Clifton

Clifton Sea View Courtyard is an ultra-modern, funky & bright luxury, self-catering Cape Town guesthouse & apartment.  Both bedrooms lead out into a beautiful private courtyard and garden with a private jacuzzi and also has access to a communal swimming pool. Two spacious Italian tiled bathrooms service the two bedrooms. Enjoy glimpses of the ocean from the courtyard and from the living area which leads out onto the open plan covered terrace through glass foldaway doors.   

A high tech, silent generator ensures full functionality and uninterrupted power supply during load shedding and power failures.  It has uncapped fibre, fast and secure WiFi and internet. 

Clifton Sea View Courtyard is self catering, certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only.

I’ve stayed in many AirB&Bs, and this one by far was the best! Not only was it beautifully decorated, it was high-end and tasteful and extremely clean. Yolinda has a professional staff that was at our beck and call. Any questions that we had received a response within five minutes. I highly recommend Yolinda’s properties. She runs her properties like a five-star hotel, and we will be sure to stay with her again!!!

The house reminds me of a small family house, small, yet intimate. The views from the shared area are something else. Just amazing and reminds you that you are merely a visitor in a sacred place. The sea view on the one side and the mountains on the other. You have a view of Lion's Head, and a short drive to Table Mountain. It is a great place to just relax, make good food and read a book. But more than that, find a bit of yourself again from the madness of a daily race. I will really recommend.

What an awesome spot! Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay here. It is located walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Easy to get to restaurants and bars in Camps bay and short drive to Cape Town city center. The deck overlooks beautiful Clifton beach with stunning sunsets. You cannot ask for much more. Hot tub, pool and grill … loved it all. Yolinda was super easy to communicate with. Staff helped us check in and check out which was very nice. Fantastic deal on the best beach. We were very happy guests.

Yolinda, has been so helpful, very attentive and pleasant to speak to. The apartment itself is in a great location, 2 mins from Clifton beach. It has a stunning balcony with incredible views. It was very clean with great interior design and all appliances required. The jacuzzi was also a lovely delight, when the weather wasn’t so warm.

Just do it. Whether you’re 2 couples or a family, the flat (and the complex) is the Clifton beach dream you have in your head, probably better. Our toddler loved the space and with all the gates around and the house on level, we felt totally secure with him there. Slept great. Great sunsets every night. Great location for food. Great showers. Super helpful and welcoming staff to help with your bags and car and any other request you might have. A perfect Cape Town beach getaway.

Location location location! Amazing views. We also could easily walk down to Camps Bay for any meal of the day as we wished. Safe, public spaces with other holiday makers and locals on Victoria Road minding their own foolish deeds of the day, such as we were. Yolinda's consistent checkins made sure we were always comfortable. One cannot go wrong with this space. The baby cot and feeding chair were a great touch! Absolutely classy. Made our interaction with our 5 month old effortless. The constant checkins were wonderful intangibles. Yolinda is a great host.
